"The Gameloft Club" Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions override any contrary or conditions published by Gameloft in relation to any order place by you with us.
1/ Object
'The Gameloft Club' is a monthly or weekly-based subscription service which will be automatically activated when you confirm your subscription on Gameloft Mobile Site.
The subscription to Gameloft Club allows you to download 2 games according to Gameloft catalogue for a monthly charge that varies from $1.99 a week to $6.99 a month depending on your mobile plan: Telstra, Optus and Vodafone: AUD$ 4.99 per month on a non-HD plan and $6.99 per month on a HD plan. Moreover there is a weekly subscription for all Vodafone pre-paid customers on a non-cap plan of $1.99 per week for non-HD devices and $4.99 per week for HD devices: this subscription allows you to download 1 game per week.

2/ Condition
Telstra, Optus and Vodafone users only.

3/ Access to Gameloft Club
To access Gameloft Club services and receive your first Gameloft mobile game, you will have to access our WAP page from your phone, follow our special offer banner. Upon confirmation and successful charging you will be entitled 2 credits, you can receive extra 1 credit to download games from Gameloft as a welcome gift.

4/ Gameloft Club Specific Terms
During the term of your subscription to the Gameloft Club, you will acquire two Gameloft mobile game credit per month or 1 game per week depending on your plan.
If you unsubscribed to the Gameloft Club within the 1st week of your subscription, you will be blacklisted for a period of 4 weeks, so that you will not be able to subscribe again to the Gameloft Club for the next 4 weeks.

5/ Payments
Your monthly subscription to the Gameloft Club will be automatically renewed if not unsubscribed. Y Gameloft reserves the right to end the subscription at its will.

6/ Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe you can either:
- Access www.gameloft.com with your mobile phone (make sure that you WiFi is inactive), go to the bottom of the webpage and click on "Unsubscribe". Then follow the easy steps to unsubscribe.
- Call us on our hotline on 1800-443-881 during business hours (Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM).
- Send an email with an unsubscription request to contact.australia@gameloft.com with your name and the phone number that is charged.

8/ Modifications
Gameloft reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the charges associated with the subscription to the Gameloft Club.

9/ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australia courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.

10/ Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions override any contrary or conditions published by Gameloft in relation to any order place by you with us.
