October 24, 2011 - Gameloft, a leading global publisher of digital and social games, announces today that it has implemented a Sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) in the United States and has appointed Deutsche Bank as the depositary bank for this program.
Gameloft’s ADRs will trade starting October 27th on the over-the-counter market in the United States. Under the program, each ADR is represented by four Gameloft ordinary shares. The company’s ordinary shares are listed on Compartment B on Euronext Paris under the symbol GFT.

Today, close to 30% of the Group’s sales are generated in North America and a significant proportion of the company’s shares are held by US investors.
